Job Description
This role is responsible for overseeing the company's brand marketing and public relations activities, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The candidate will lead the development and execution of growth and commercialization strategies, directly contributing to achieving user base expansion and revenue targets. Through comprehensive analysis of industry trends and user needs, the individual will translate insights into actionable product and user operation strategies, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive results. Key responsibilities include identifying and optimizing business scenarios, managing critical user conversion touchpoints, and refining the entire user lifecycle from acquisition to retention and reactivation. The role also involves building and maintaining a robust data system for growth, product, and user analytics, developing core methodologies, and accelerating strategy optimization via rapid experimentation and iteration. Additionally, the candidate will design and execute third-party ecological strategies, fostering and sustaining strategic partnerships to enhance business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in brand marketing, public relations, or business strategy development with a track record of successful outcomes.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret market data, user behavior, and industry trends, translating them into actionable strategies.
  • Strong leadership abilities to manage complex projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive execution across departments.
  • Fluency in data system design and optimization, including experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and iterative processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain partnerships with third-party entities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on innovation, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
