Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Platform Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our platform's performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing operational strategies, analyzing data, and managing a team to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Operation: Develop operational strategies aligned with product goals, plan and execute online/offline activities, and manage key performance indicators such as new user acquisition, conversion, retention, promotion, and repurchase.
- Data Analysis: Analyze operational performance data to identify trends and opportunities, independently propose optimization plans, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Industry Insights: Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in the AI industry, leveraging insights to formulate effective operational strategies.
- Community Management: Develop systematic content operation strategies for community users, enhance user stickiness and content conversion rates, and establish a monitoring system for operational data indicators to drive continuous optimization.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the operations and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable results.
