Key Responsibilities

• Analyze blockchain software product functions and business processes based on company requirements, and create prototype designs for social products.
• Work closely with UI designers to refine product designs and ensure smooth handoff to the R&D team.
• Collaborate with research, development, operations, and technical teams to address and resolve issues during product operation.
• Innovate and explore new product opportunities aligned with company business goals and industry trends.
• Conduct competitive analysis, identify user needs, and perform data analysis to generate actionable insights for product improvement.
• Assist in product testing and ensure thorough functional testing before release.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its application in social products.
• Proficiency in product analysis, prototyping, and design collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including UI designers, R&D, and operations.
• Experience in competitive analysis, user research, and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of product testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and innovative thinking to drive product enhancements.
