Job Description
1. Develop and execute long-term development strategies for the company's blockchain technology and payment public chain products. Deeply participate in business model design, transforming commercial requirements into technically feasible and legally compliant implementation solutions. 2. Based on the company and product development strategies, be responsible for overall product line planning and roadmap formulation, clarifying product positioning, target audience, and core metrics, and driving full lifecycle product management (research, requirements, design, development, testing, launch, iteration, and operations). 3. Coordinate with R&D, design, testing, and other departments to ensure thorough understanding and effective implementation of product requirements. 4. Monitor the performance of various product segments, iterate functionalities based on user feedback and data analysis, and enhance user experience and market competitiveness. 5. Report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of blockchain product design experience and 5 years of management experience.
- Proficiency in product design tools such as Axure and XMind, with strong logical thinking, market insight, competitive analysis, and product design capabilities.
- Experience in To B/To C products or solutions, with deep understanding of blockchain product types and business models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and English proficiency.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
