Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for project planning, product design, and requirement implementation of Web3 products
• Collect, summarize, analyze and sort out various user needs from the market, users, and within the company
• Provide designers with logically clear product requirement documents and complete comprehensive interaction design
• Have certain technical research and development experience, able to efficiently communicate with developers and manage project progress
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the Web3 space
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and launch
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve and optimize the product

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in Web3 or blockchain-related projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate user needs into product requirements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate with developers
• Experience in creating detailed product requirement documents and interaction designs
• Passion for Web3 technologies and a deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
