Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Web3 Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle of our Web3 products, from initial planning to final implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative and user-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for project planning, product design, and requirement implementation of Web3 products
- Collect, summarize, analyze and sort out various user needs from the market, users, and within the company
- Provide designers with logically clear product requirement documents and complete comprehensive interaction design
- Have certain technical research and development experience, able to efficiently communicate with developers and manage project progress
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the Web3 space
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and launch
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve and optimize the product
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in Web3 or blockchain-related projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate user needs into product requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate with developers
- Experience in creating detailed product requirement documents and interaction designs
- Passion for Web3 technologies and a deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
