Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews, and offer management
  • Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and identify passive candidates through different platforms
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing candidates, and managing referral processes
  • Support onsite onboarding and facilitate candidates and employees in the office environment
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a steady talent pipeline
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures while maintaining a positive candidate experience
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the fintech or digital asset industry
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse candidates and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and tools for candidate tracking and management
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin for effective communication with both local and international teams
  • Preferred: Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital asset markets
