Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews, and offer management
- Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and identify passive candidates through different platforms
- Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing candidates, and managing referral processes
- Support onsite onboarding and facilitate candidates and employees in the office environment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a steady talent pipeline
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures while maintaining a positive candidate experience
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the fintech or digital asset industry
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and tools for candidate tracking and management
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for effective communication with both local and international teams
- Preferred: Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital asset markets
