Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR professional to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and employee lifecycle for our Web3 project. This role involves talent sourcing, candidate management, and HR policy research in the dynamic Web3 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process across various project departments
- Post job openings in Web3 communities and coordinate interview schedules
- Source potential candidates from developer communities, Discord, and other channels
- Organize and maintain candidate resumes and Web3 talent database
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Manage employee accounts and personnel files
- Research Web3 HR policies including compensation structures and innovative benefits cases
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of HR or recruitment experience, preferably in tech/Web3
- Familiarity with Web3 communities and developer ecosystems
- Strong organizational and database management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Understanding of HR processes and employment regulations
- Ability to research and analyze HR policies and market trends
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Discord community management
- Knowledge of blockchain/crypto industry terminology
- Multilingual capabilities for global talent sourcing
