Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Expand business with DeFi project partners and establish cooperative relationships to drive in-depth development of business collaborations.
• Follow up on the progress of partnerships and draft comprehensive cooperation plans.
• Monitor industry trends, analyze market demands, and develop/execute DeFi business expansion strategies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the DeFi industry with deep familiarity of DeFi protocols and their mechanisms.
• Strong understanding of DAO operational mechanisms and governance structures.
• Proficiency with mainstream DeFi protocols such as AAVE, MakerDAO, and Compound, including their platform operations and voting mechanisms.
• Proven track record in business development, partnership management, and strategic planning within the DeFi space.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to foster and maintain productive partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Active participation in the DeFi community with a network of industry contacts.
• Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving DeFi landscape and emerging technologies.
