We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an Exchange Business Trading System Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge trading platform that serves millions of users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the research and development of exchange business trading system products
- Deeply understand business requirements and provide specific solutions to problems
- Continuously optimize existing systems to ensure high concurrency and availability of the system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA engineers, and operations staff
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience
- Stay updated with the latest technologies in financial trading systems and blockchain technology
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in developing high-performance trading systems or financial applications
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Proficient in Java, C++, or Go programming languages
- Experience with high-concurrency system design and optimization
- Familiarity with financial trading concepts and market data protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency exchanges
- Knowledge of order matching algorithms and trading strategies
- Understanding of security best practices in financial systems
- Previous work experience in fintech or financial institutions
