Job Description

Partner Integration Execution

Lead end-to-end integration of Native APIs and SDKs with third-party wallets, DEX aggregators, and DeFi partners.
Serve as the primary coordinator throughout the integration lifecycle, from technical alignment and sandbox testing to mainnet deployment.
Ensure partners fully comprehend Native's integration procedures, limitations, and best practices.

Integration Solution Design

Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to translate partner requirements into clear integration plans.
Help standardize integration patterns, documentation systems, and external partner onboarding processes.
Identify and resolve integration pain points while proposing product/process improvements.

Technical Coordination

Act as the primary technical liaison between Native and partner engineering/product teams.
Proactively communicate via Telegram/Discord to resolve blockers and maintain alignment.
Synthesize partner feedback into actionable insights for internal teams.

API & Protocol Expertise

Master Native's APIs (REST/WebSocket/gRPC) and their implementation across partners.
Advocate for API design consistency with aggregator/wallet integration standards.

Ownership & Delivery

Drive integrations from "in-progress" to "production-stable" status.
Track integration timelines/risks and mobilize internal resources when needed.

Job Requirements

Technical Qualifications

3+ years as Integration/Solutions Engineer, Technical PM, or Backend Engineer
Proven API/system integration experience (coding not required but technical comprehension essential)
Web3 fluency: wallets, DEXs, aggregators, EVM architecture
Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and modern backend systems
Cross-functional collaboration experience (engineering/product/external partners)
