Position Overview
As part of the Growth team, you'll be in charge of brainstorming and executing customized and targeted campaigns for different regions and objects, whether it's product launches or brand campaigns. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth KOL Marketer to significantly expand our presence and user base covering the European Regions within the crypto space.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically identify, research, and acquire new Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers across various platforms within the cryptocurrency ecosystem
- Negotiate favorable deals and contracts with KOLs, effectively overcoming objections to secure high-impact partnerships
- Develop product/brand positioning and messaging tailored for KOL activations
- Design and execute integrated KOL-driven campaigns from strategy through execution and performance measurement
- Manage and optimize ongoing KOL relationships, monitoring performance against key metrics
- Ensure timely execution of planned campaigns and follow up with measurement
- Maintain consistency of marketing materials with campaign messaging and brand guidelines
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in influencer marketing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in growth hacking or performance marketing in the crypto industry
- Experience working in the crypto trading space with knowledge of key players and trends
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with external partners
- In-depth knowledge of product/brand campaigns and KOL leverage strategies
- Exceptional creativity and ability to develop unique growth strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Basic graphic design skills and creative mindset (highly desirable)
