Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the design vision for our platform, products, and visual brand identity, ensuring it aligns with business strategy and user needs
• Lead a cross-functional team of product designers to deliver high-quality, innovative user experiences across digital products
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and business teams to understand complex user flows and develop solutions that meet functional and aesthetic requirements
• Create and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and reusable design patterns to ensure consistency across products
• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design mockups to communicate ideas and test concepts with stakeholders
• Present design proposals to executives, product managers, and other stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind design choices and their impact on user experience
• Continuously refine design processes and methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and user satisfaction
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative
• Document design decisions and maintain clear communication with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a product designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, visual hierarchy, and interaction design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating and presenting design concepts
• Excellent understanding of design systems, component libraries, and pattern languages to ensure consistency across products
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions and validate solutions
• Experience with agile development methodologies and iterative design processes to support product development cycles
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify design challenges and develop creative, user-centered solutions
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively to non-design stakeholders, including executives and product managers
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices to ensure products are usable by all audiences
• Experience with prototyping tools and techniques to create interactive design mockups and test user flows
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance multiple design projects and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of design initiatives while collaborating with team members
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them to create intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences
• Experience with design review processes and the ability to provide constructive feedback to team members and stakeholders
