Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute UI/UX design strategies that enhance user engagement and usability for our asset management platform.
• Create visually striking NFT artwork that reflects brand values and appeals to our community, ensuring consistency across all digital assets.
• Utilize Figma to design and prototype web interfaces, focusing on intuitive navigation and seamless user interactions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design specifications, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility and business objectives.
• Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, continuously improving the product's visual and functional aspects.
• Use Midjourney as a creative tool to generate inspiration and benchmark design ideas against industry trends.
• Present design concepts and deliverables to both peers and executive stakeholders, advocating for design choices through clear communication and visual storytelling.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies, incorporating innovative solutions into our product development lifecycle.
• Ensure designs are accessible, responsive, and optimized for cross-platform compatibility, including desktop, mobile, and web applications.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work in digital product development.
• Expertise in Figma for creating interactive prototypes, wireframes, and design systems for web applications.
• Proficiency in using Midjourney to generate AI-powered visual concepts and inspire design direction.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate user research into actionable design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output.
• Knowledge of NFT creation tools and blockchain concepts to ensure designs are technically viable and aligned with the project's goals.
• Experience with agile methodologies and iterative design processes to adapt to changing requirements and deliver incremental improvements.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to creating visually cohesive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
• Ability to present design concepts clearly and defend design decisions with data-driven insights and visual examples.

Design Collaboration

This role requires close collaboration with the product management team to define the product vision and ensure design solutions support business goals.
