Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Project Development and Evaluation: Proactively identify and screen high-quality blockchain projects worldwide (DeFi, GameFi, MEME, Layer 2, etc.) and conduct professional project evaluations.
• Negotiation and Listing: Communicate with project teams, discuss listing plans, complete negotiations, and facilitate project launches on the exchange.
• Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Analyze cryptocurrency market trends, optimize listing processes and strategies to ensure the exchange's competitiveness.
• Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with project teams, communities, and partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.
• Cross-department Collaboration: Work closely with technical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth listing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in blockchain project evaluation or exchange operations
• Deep understanding of DeFi, GameFi, and Layer 2 ecosystems
• Proven track record in business negotiations and partnership development
• Strong analytical skills for market trend evaluation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network in the blockchain/crypto industry
• Multilingual capabilities (especially Asian languages)
• Technical understanding of blockchain protocols
• Experience with tokenomics design and evaluation
