Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the listing team: Responsible for promoting the listing process of digital assets on the exchange, as well as team building and management.
• Collaborate with the blockchain project team: Establish and maintain a close working relationship, understand project characteristics, technical architecture, and listing requirements.
• Monitor the coin listing process: Identify and resolve potential issues to ensure timely and successful coin listing applications.
• Cross departmental coordination: Ensure seamless trading experience and provide continuous support after listing.
• Analyze market and user feedback: Provide recommendations for asset product planning and promotion strategies.
• Ensure compliance: Comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and managing teams within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
• Strong understanding of digital asset listing processes and exchange operations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze market trends and user feedback to drive strategic decisions.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to digital asset listings.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve potential issues during the listing process.
