Job Description
This role is responsible for monitoring and analyzing market dynamics to support the company's listing strategy. The incumbent will conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business partners and collaborators. They will also track industry trends, exchange regulations, and policy changes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage. Collaboration with the listing team is essential to design and execute promotional activities that enhance the listing process. Additionally, the candidate will prepare and submit all required documentation for the listing application, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously monitor market hotspots using data analytics tools and industry reports to provide timely insights to the team.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to evaluate potential partners, including their market position, reputation, and strategic alignment.
  • Stay updated on evolving industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and policy changes by subscribing to relevant publications and attending seminars.
  • Collaborate with the listing team to develop targeted strategies, such as investor relations campaigns and public relations initiatives, to promote the listing.
  • Prepare and submit critical documents like prospectus, financial statements, and compliance reports for the listing application process.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance departments to ensure all listing-related documentation meets regulatory standards.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on market developments and listing progress through presentations and written reports.
  • Identify and analyze market opportunities to support the company's growth objectives during the listing phase.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research, financial services, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of listing regulations, including but not limited to securities laws and exchange requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify trends.
  • Proficiency in using research tools like Bloomberg, Statista, or custom market analysis software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and marketing departments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings and updates effectively.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting standards and the ability to prepare comprehensive listing-related materials.
  • Proficiency in English and possibly other languages for international market research and communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines during the listing process.
