As the GameFi summer approaches—a pivotal period for decentralized gaming projects and player engagement—the guild is actively expanding its operations and seeking a skilled marketing associate to play a critical role in driving business growth. This position will focus on strategic initiatives to enhance partnerships, promote the guild's services, and contribute to its financial development, ensuring alignment with the evolving landscape of the GameFi sector. The marketing associate will be instrumental in shaping the guild's brand identity, increasing its visibility in the competitive GameFi market, and creating sustainable value for both players and partners through targeted outreach and creative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify and cultivate relationships with emerging GameFi projects, facilitating collaboration opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic alignment to strengthen the guild's market presence and expand its ecosystem footprint.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to sell Real Player DAO's player traffic services to a diverse range of partners, including game developers, blockchain platforms, and other DAOs, by creating compelling value propositions, demonstrating ROI, and tailoring solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and user behavior in the GameFi space, providing actionable insights to refine the guild's business approach, service offerings, and long-term growth roadmap.
- Support the guild's fundraising efforts by preparing promotional materials, engaging with potential investors, and presenting the DAO's vision and financial roadmap during pitch events, investor meetings, and community forums to secure funding and build trust.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement campaigns that drive user acquisition, retention, and community growth, leveraging social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and data-driven decision-making to maximize impact.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, tracking key metrics such as partnership growth, service adoption rates, revenue contributions, and community engagement levels to ensure continuous improvement and accountability in all operations.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, business development, or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain partnerships in fast-paced, decentralized environments and deliver measurable results for growth-oriented projects.
- Strong understanding of the GameFi industry, including blockchain gaming mechanics, token economics, and community-driven models, to effectively communicate the guild's value proposition and align with the needs of stakeholders and partners.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, to engage with stakeholders, present ideas persuasively, and close deals with potential partners and investors while maintaining transparency and trust.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management, analytics software, and content creation tools, to execute campaigns efficiently, measure their impact, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive mindset to identify opportunities, solve problems, and contribute to the guild's strategic goals through innovative thinking and adaptability in a rapidly changing industry.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred, to communicate effectively with a global network of partners, investors, and community members and foster international collaboration and outreach.
- Knowledge of DAO governance structures and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts to understand the guild's operational framework, financial strategies, and decision-making processes while contributing to the development of scalable and sustainable models.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of all marketing activities.
- Passion for gaming and blockchain technology, with a commitment to driving innovation, community engagement, and long-term value creation within the GameFi ecosystem through creative problem-solving and strategic vision.
- Experience with cryptocurrency and NFT ecosystems, including wallet integrations, token distribution, and community onboarding processes, to support the guild's financial and operational activities and ensure smooth execution of all initiatives.
