Job Description
DAOventures, a web3 protocol and incubation studio, is hiring a web3 marketing & community associate. We are backed by renowned web3 investors such as Techstars, Outlier Ventures, ChainLink, Alphabit, Huawei and more. The team comprises seasoned entrepreneurs and builders who are determined to shape the future of decentralised finance and empower the web3 mass adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively engage with targeted web3 communities to drive awareness and adoption
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across various social media platforms
- Create and optimize content for maximum engagement on Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and other relevant channels
- Monitor and analyze community feedback and engagement metrics to refine strategies
- Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
Job Requirements
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, specifically Twitter, Discord, and Telegram
- Passionate about web3 and familiar with its dynamics and playbooks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse communities
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize marketing strategies
