Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive significant follower growth on X platform
• Create intelligent, engaging, and brand-appropriate content including memes, individual posts, and long-form articles
• Design and execute innovative community growth campaigns across multiple social media platforms
• Increase community engagement by interacting with followers, responding to posts/comments, and leading online discussions
• Serve as a brand ambassador by embodying company values in all online interactions and content
• Collaborate with marketing team to align content with broader marketing objectives and brand identity
• Assist with other marketing efforts including partnership initiatives
• Collect and analyze community feedback and analytics to continuously improve effectiveness
• Stay current with trends, news, and terminology in DeFi and Solana ecosystems to create timely, relevant content

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in social media growth and community management
• Exceptional writing skills with ability to create engaging content across formats
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly X (Twitter)
• Knowledge of DeFi and Solana ecosystems preferred
• Creative mindset with ability to develop novel growth strategies
• Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain-related marketing
• Existing following or influence in crypto/DeFi communities
• Graphic design skills for creating visual content
• Experience with social media analytics tools
