Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Public Relations and Digital Marketing professional to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive PR and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media relations, content creation, social media management, and digital campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Public Relations (PR): Develop and maintain media relations with industry-specific journalists, editors, and influencers to secure press coverage.
- Press Releases & Media Pitches: Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and newsletters to promote company news, product launches, and key events.
- Reputation Management: Manage the company’s reputation through consistent messaging and engagement with media outlets.
- Content Creation: Oversee and produce high-quality content including blog posts, social media posts, whitepapers, webinars, AMAs, videos, and infographics.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging.
- Social Media Management: Grow and manage the company’s social media presence, engaging with institutions, communities, industry associations, and targeted influencers.
- SEO and SEM: Implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and manage SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement digital marketing strategies to meet business goals, identifying target audiences and developing targeted marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital campaigns across various channels (social media, events, emails, search engines), analyzing and optimizing performance.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, product, and operation teams, and manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in PR, digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling press releases and marketing content.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and digital campaign management.
- Proficiency in analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the industry relevant to the company’s focus.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and video editing software.
