Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Review and translate strategy into actionable marketing plans.
• Own Orca’s Twitter account, creating targeted and relevant content that aligns with the brand and strategy.
• Develop and implement Orca’s channel marketing strategy, including ranking channels, planning initiatives, identifying success metrics, and executing campaigns.
• Collaborate across organizational functions to market product releases and amplify Orca’s brand.
• Establish an analytics-driven growth culture by integrating data insights into every marketing decision and campaign.
• Expand Orca’s reach to new and existing DeFi users.
• Position yourself as a public figure for Orca through speaking engagements, podcasts, industry publications, or other activities based on your strengths.
• Develop leadership skills by managing a Marketing team and budget.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Twitter, and content creation.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for marketing campaigns.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with teams.
• Experience in the DeFi or blockchain industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and budgets.
