Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Content Planning and Management
  • Build and optimize the overall content system for Web3 projects, including brand stories, white papers, technical articles, social media content, press releases, and blogs
  • Develop comprehensive content marketing strategies, ensuring high-quality output and consistent brand messaging
  • Coordinate with content teams, designers, and external creators to maintain content style consistency and timely delivery
• Market Promotion and Brand Building
  • Plan and execute market promotion, brand communication, and public relations activities
  • Manage project marketing and operations on international social platforms (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Medium, Reddit)
  • Organize online/offline events to increase project visibility and community engagement
• Data Analysis and User Growth
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for content and marketing campaigns
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies based on data insights
  • Track industry trends and adjust content/marketing approaches to drive user acquisition
• Cooperation and Resource Coordination
  • Collaborate with KOLs, media partners, and ecosystem projects for joint marketing
  • Represent the project at industry events and media interviews
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the Web3 community

Job Requirements

• 3+ years experience in content marketing, preferably in Web3/blockchain space
• Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystem and cryptocurrency markets
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Proven track record in social media management and community building
• Strong data analysis skills and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners
• Passion for blockchain technology and decentralized applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SEO and content optimization
• Multilingual capabilities (especially Asian languages)
• Existing network in Web3/blockchain industry
• Graphic design or video editing skills
