The marketing department is seeking a versatile professional with expertise in at least one specialized marketing skill. The ideal candidate should have mature execution experience in exchanges, innovative ideas, strong execution capabilities, and the ability to quickly adapt and drive initiatives to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Focus on key milestones such as product launches, core features, listings, and major campaigns by executing integrated marketing plans and coordinating multi-channel external communication strategies.
- Collaborate on the daily operations of brand social media platforms, including announcements, trending topic engagement, and routine content execution like Spaces/AMAs.
- Ensure timely content releases according to schedules, aligning daily operations with integrated marketing milestones.
- Monitor and analyze social media content performance, user interactions, and feedback to participate in post-campaign reviews and optimizations.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, growth, social media, PR, or integrated marketing.
- Proven track record in managing full campaigns or product launch marketing, with a deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with the operational logic of mainstream social media and community platforms (e.g., X, Telegram).
- Creative mindset with strong execution, project management, and follow-through capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to independently oversee modules while collaborating with teams.
