Job Description
The Market Manager in the Asia Pacific Region is responsible for overseeing and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and market penetration across the region. This role requires strategic leadership in developing and implementing localized marketing strategies that align with global objectives while addressing regional nuances. The candidate will manage cross-functional relationships with teams such as developers, growth, and execution to ensure cohesive campaign delivery. Additionally, they will monitor market dynamics, analyze competitive landscapes, and identify emerging opportunities to shape innovative marketing approaches. The position also involves maintaining brand consistency across all channels, including media partnerships, social media platforms, email campaigns, paid advertising, content marketing, and public relations efforts. A key focus will be on optimizing marketing performance through data-driven insights and continuous improvement of strategies based on measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all marketing activities in the Asia Pacific region, including media partnerships, social media promotion, email marketing, paid advertising collaborations, content marketing, and public relations campaigns.
  • Develop and execute a localized marketing strategy tailored to the Asia Pacific market to enhance user interest and adoption of Sui products/services.
  • Collaborate closely with developer relations, growth, and execution teams to design and implement region-specific marketing campaigns that maintain brand consistency and messaging alignment.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using quantitative and qualitative metrics to inform strategic optimizations.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to local marketing teams to ensure content consistency, adherence to brand guidelines, and alignment with global marketing objectives.
  • Stay abreast of evolving market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to identify new opportunities and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance against industry standards and develop diversified marketing tactics to strengthen market position.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals, product launches, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and campaign impact.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the technology or fintech industry, with a focus on regional market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing, with hands-on experience in executing campaigns across these platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret marketing data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions for strategy refinement.
  • Ability to develop and implement localized marketing strategies that balance global brand consistency with regional cultural and market-specific considerations.
  • Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration, with experience working with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies and tools to identify consumer behavior patterns, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey marketing strategies, campaign results, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language spoken in the Asia Pacific region (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or Thai) for effective regional engagement.
  • Strong project management capabilities to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms to streamline processes and enhance campaign performance.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic markets and respond to changing consumer demands with innovative solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address marketing challenges and develop creative strategies for market penetration.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising to maximize online visibility and lead generation.
