Job Description
We are seeking a National Market Manager with PR experience to join our team. This role involves executing global marketing strategies at a local level while ensuring alignment with regional specifics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing media resources, coordinating PR activities, and enhancing brand influence through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Localize and execute the global marketing strategy set by headquarters to fit regional conditions.
- Develop and manage media resources, including paid and earned media, arrange interviews, and handle media inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with the headquarters PR team to manage press releases, media kits, and speaking opportunities.
- Coordinate regional events, AMAs, and online/offline marketing activities, ensuring alignment with product and business development teams.
- Partner with regional KOLs, influencers, and community leaders to enhance brand influence and communication effectiveness.
- Oversee regional PR schedules, monitor media sentiment, and handle basic crisis PR tasks.
- Track and analyze market KPIs, regularly reporting on campaign performance and regional insights.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in market management with a strong PR background.
- Ability to localize global strategies and adapt them to regional markets.
- Strong media relations skills, including experience with paid and earned media.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience in organizing and coordinating regional events and marketing campaigns.
