Job Description
This position is responsible for the comprehensive management and promotion of the company's brand strategy, with a focus on the digital presence of Web3 trendy IP "Weirdo Ghost Gang" and trend culture brand "CutUp Ins". The candidate will oversee the daily operations of multiple social media platforms including Xiaohongshu, Weibo, and WeChat official accounts, aiming to enhance brand influence and community engagement. Additionally, they will develop and execute brand activity plans aligned with the company's marketing rhythm and industry trends, contributing to the overall brand awareness and user retention. The role also involves cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the successful implementation of joint marketing initiatives and cross-industry cooperation projects. Through data analysis and reporting, the candidate will optimize operational strategies and create replicable success models for brand activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of brand strategy plans, focusing on the digital transformation of Web3 IP "Weirdo Ghost Gang" and trend culture brand "CutUp Ins".
- Manage and operate social media accounts across platforms such as Twitter, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, and WeChat official accounts to maximize brand visibility and audience interaction.
- Design and implement brand activity plans that align with the company's marketing goals and industry trends, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate joint marketing projects and cross-industry cooperation initiatives, fostering innovation and synergy.
- Analyze the performance of brand activities through data-driven insights, produce detailed operational reports, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Identify effective marketing practices, document successful case studies, and develop scalable models to enhance brand effectiveness.
- Monitor social media metrics and user feedback to adjust strategies and improve community stickiness and brand loyalty.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in brand management, social media operations, or digital marketing, preferably within the Web3 or trend culture industry.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms, with a track record of increasing brand engagement and follower growth.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance, interpret data, and make informed decisions for optimization.
