Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement user growth and acquisition strategies for the product, and be responsible for the growth and activity of the project.
- Explore KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and other resources, complete channel negotiations and cooperation, and promote the company's publicity and promotion.
- Responsible for the comprehensive operation and promotion of the product, including but not limited to cooperation docking, market promotion, and channel expansion.
- Responsible for the operation of product overseas communities (such as Twitter, Discord, Telegram, etc.), improving community stickiness and user retention.
- Plan and implement promotional activities to enhance project brand awareness and influence.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in user growth, acquisition strategies, and community management.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish partnerships with KOLs and other channels.
- Experience in market promotion, channel expansion, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Familiarity with managing and growing online communities on platforms like Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve user engagement.
- Creative mindset with the ability to plan and execute innovative promotional activities.
