Operation Manager at Binance

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with POS and DEFI project partners to secure necessary resources and support
• Coordinate with internal teams to integrate and optimize available resources
• Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote web3 earning products
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract new users and increase Total Value Locked (TVL)

Additional Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
• Identify and engage with potential strategic partners in the blockchain ecosystem
• Stay updated with industry trends to inform operational strategies
• Create reports on operational activities and growth metrics

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in operations, preferably in blockchain/DeFi/web3 space
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of POS mechanisms and DeFi protocols
• Experience working with KOLs or community influencers
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with multiple blockchain networks
• Existing network within the web3/DeFi community
• Multilingual capabilities for global outreach
• Experience with growth hacking techniques
