Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement growth strategies tailored to the Chinese market, prioritizing Binance, OKX, and Bybit platforms.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to evaluate user acquisition effectiveness, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
• Identify and leverage diverse traffic sources, including social media, content marketing, and paid advertising, to expand user base.
• Optimize existing traffic channels through continuous testing, A/B experiments, and performance tracking to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving crypto market and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Develop and maintain a data-driven culture by fostering insights from user research, market analysis, and emerging growth case studies.
• Ensure timely execution of growth plans while maintaining a strong focus on results and scalability.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in user growth operations within the fintech or crypto industry, preferably with a focus on Chinese market dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and statistical modeling to interpret growth metrics.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content strategies, to drive traffic and conversions.
• Ability to develop and execute growth campaigns across multiple platforms, with a track record of successful user acquisition initiatives.
• Proficiency in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and user segmentation to refine marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of crypto industry trends, regulatory environments, and user behavior patterns to create targeted growth solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and KPIs within tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on impact and urgency.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English to communicate with local teams, international partners, and stakeholders seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth operations, digital marketing, or similar roles within the fintech or crypto sector.
• Proven success in scaling user acquisition strategies and achieving growth targets in competitive markets.
• Deep understanding of the Chinese market, including cultural nuances, consumer behavior, and digital ecosystem trends.
• Experience with growth hacking techniques, user onboarding optimization, and retention strategies to build long-term value.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in user acquisition, traffic quality, and conversion optimization.
• Excellent presentation skills to communicate insights, strategies, and results to senior management and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using growth analytics tools and dashboards to track progress and make data-informed decisions.
