Job Description
Responsible for user growth through the Referral channel, leading the end-to-end management of referral campaigns from planning, rule design, execution to data analysis, with accountability for channel growth results. Conduct in-depth analysis of inviters and invitees' user characteristics, behavior paths, and core needs to continuously optimize referral mechanisms and product solutions, ensuring both scale and quality of new users. Design and improve incentive systems for viral growth, exploring diverse referral strategies to enhance the overall ROI of the Referral channel. Oversee the conversion of new users acquired through viral channels, developing targeted activation and retention strategies to extend user lifecycle and value contribution. Continuously monitor key Referral channel metrics (invitation conversion rate, invitee activation rate, LTV of referred users, etc.), identifying issues and iterating solutions based on data insights. Collaborate with product, design, and technical teams to drive the review and implementation of viral growth-related features, ensuring timely project execution.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of user growth experience; fintech or trading platform background preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of funnel breakdown and attribution analysis.
- Excellent cross-department collaboration skills to drive projects under limited resources.
- Proactive, execution-oriented mindset with a focus on results and rapid iteration.
- Experience in Referral growth/user growth is essential.
- Cryptocurrency industry experience is a plus.
- Basic data analysis capabilities required.
