Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Manage calendars, coordinate improvement calls, conduct background checks, and streamline operational tasks to enhance efficiency.
- Marketing & Community: Oversee Twitter and Telegram channels, create engaging content, and drive community interaction to foster growth.
- Crypto Expertise: Manage token wallets, utilize DEX applications, and operate screening tools to support crypto-related activities.
- Hiring: Lead recruitment efforts, facilitate smooth onboarding processes, and ensure effective team coordination.
- Strategy: Identify opportunities for operational and strategic improvements, and implement solutions to optimize workflows.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong familiarity with cryptocurrency, including token wallets and DEX platforms.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to engage and grow online communities, particularly on Twitter and Telegram.
- Experience in recruitment and team coordination is a plus.
