Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Okapi founding team to develop and refine content strategy frameworks that support business goals and user needs.
- Conceive and develop original content, generate innovative ideas, and create actionable implementation plans for web3 social products.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, facilitating communication and resolving issues promptly to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in web3 social products and propose data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Support the execution of content initiatives by coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and delivering results on time.
- Contribute to the design and testing of new features, providing feedback on user experience and product functionality.
- Document processes, track metrics, and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and partnership efforts.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field with a strong interest in web3 and blockchain technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally in both English and Chinese.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions about content and product strategies.
- Basic understanding of web3 platforms, social media trends, and digital product development lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and basic data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and problem-solving with a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Availability to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week for a duration of at least 3 months, with flexibility to adjust based on project needs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills to manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Discord, Telegram).
- Ability to conduct competitive analysis and benchmark content strategies against industry standards.
- Experience with user feedback collection and analysis, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques to improve visibility and engagement.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Interest in blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and the future of social media innovation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.
