Job Description
This Operations Intern position is ideal for a motivated individual seeking to contribute to the growth and development of Okapi's web3 social platform. The role involves working closely with the founding team to shape content strategies and frameworks that align with the company's vision. Key responsibilities include researching and analyzing web3 social product trends, identifying opportunities for innovation, and collaborating on the creation of content that drives user engagement. The intern will also play a critical role in managing partnerships, ensuring smooth collaboration, and addressing challenges that arise during the process. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Okapi founding team to develop and refine content strategy frameworks that support business goals and user needs.
  • Conceive and develop original content, generate innovative ideas, and create actionable implementation plans for web3 social products.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, facilitating communication and resolving issues promptly to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in web3 social products and propose data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Support the execution of content initiatives by coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and delivering results on time.
  • Contribute to the design and testing of new features, providing feedback on user experience and product functionality.
  • Document processes, track metrics, and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and partnership efforts.
Job Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field with a strong interest in web3 and blockchain technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally in both English and Chinese.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions about content and product strategies.
  • Basic understanding of web3 platforms, social media trends, and digital product development lifecycle.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and basic data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Passion for innovation, creativity, and problem-solving with a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Availability to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week for a duration of at least 3 months, with flexibility to adjust based on project needs.
Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Discord, Telegram).

  • Experience with user feedback collection and analysis, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Interest in blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and the future of social media innovation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.
