Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the internal execution of the complete coin listing process, including documentation review, technical integration, and compliance checks
• Responsible for coordinating coin listing operations with external project parties, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the listing process
• Responsible for post-listing operation and maintenance of project parties, including monitoring performance, addressing issues, and facilitating ongoing communications
• Develop and maintain relationships with blockchain projects and external partners to ensure successful listings
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for listing strategy improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, marketing, and technical departments

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years experience in cryptocurrency exchange operations or blockchain project management
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with token listing processes and exchange operations
• Technical understanding of blockchain protocols and smart contracts
• Existing network within the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry
• Additional language skills relevant to our global markets
