Key Responsibilities

- Participate in asset and product planning to launch competitive asset products
- Utilize internal and external data along with user feedback to continuously optimize coin listing strategies and promotion strategies
- Develop creative and market-oriented operational strategies based on operational experience and market dynamics
- Create differentiated operations to enhance product competitiveness
- Participate in cross-departmental coordination and communication
- Coordinate and promote the normal operation of asset business
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret industry trends and user needs
- Experience in product planning and asset management preferred
- Data-driven mindset with ability to leverage analytics for strategy optimization
- Creative thinking with ability to develop innovative operational strategies
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-team collaboration
- Understanding of cryptocurrency markets and digital assets is a plus
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
