Job Description
As a key member of the Autonomous Worlds Research team, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring and analyzing the evolving landscape of decentralized gaming ecosystems. This includes conducting in-depth research on emerging trends, tracking significant developments in blockchain-based game technologies, and maintaining a comprehensive database of industry insights. You will also be responsible for curating and publishing weekly updates that highlight critical changes in the onchain gaming sector, ensuring stakeholders remain informed about market dynamics and technological advancements. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation of educational content that demystifies complex concepts for both novice and experienced participants in the space.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor and report on the competitive landscape of autonomous worlds, including but not limited to decentralized governance models, play-to-earn mechanics, and NFT integration strategies
- Develop and maintain a structured content calendar for research publications, ensuring timely delivery of analytical reports and market trend assessments
- Conduct interviews with leading developers and industry experts, producing in-depth articles that explore technical innovations and business strategies
- Organize and execute offline events such as developer summits, gaming expos, and educational workshops to strengthen AW Research's industry presence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research gaps and propose new content directions based on market needs
- Implement data visualization techniques to present complex information in accessible formats for diverse audiences
- Monitor social media and community forums to gather real-time feedback and identify emerging topics for research coverage
- Develop editorial guidelines to ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with AW Research's mission
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in blockchain gaming research or related fields with a minimum of 2 years in the industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality analytical content
- Strong understanding of onchain gaming mechanics, including smart contract interactions and decentralized infrastructure
- Ability to conduct in-depth interviews and translate technical discussions into engaging narratives for general audiences
- Experience in event planning and execution, with a track record of successfully organizing industry events
- Proficiency in content management systems and digital publishing platforms for maintaining research archives
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies for interpreting market trends and user behavior
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple research projects and content creation deadlines
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with team members and external partners
- Fluency in English with strong writing skills, and proficiency in additional languages for broader content reach
