We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the development and implementation of engaging social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and connect with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms
- Respond to comments and direct messages (DMs) on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Brainstorm and research ideas for original content that aligns with our brand identity
- Write compelling social media captions that resonate with the company's target audience
- Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative approaches to increase engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or related field
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with social media analytics tools
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
