Job Description
This position is open for both part-time and internship roles in the blockchain industry. It includes two main categories: 1) BD or BD Intern positions with 20 openings and open salary; 2) Part-time Operations Intern positions with 1 opening and a monthly salary of 500u. The role focuses on building partnerships, optimizing business strategies, and promoting the company's industry value through market activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain cooperation with blockchain projects, addressing challenges during client collaboration and continuously optimizing cooperation methods and strategies.
- Actively communicate the company's industry value by expanding market coverage, forging strategic partnerships, participating in AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions, and organizing promotional market activities.
- Conduct in-depth research on competitors' promotion methods, monitor industry trends, and promptly adjust business channel expansion strategies to enhance market competitiveness.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in blockchain technology and industry dynamics, with a strong understanding of business development and market promotion strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients and partners, and the ability to present the company's value proposition effectively.
- Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate competitors' marketing approaches and provide data-driven recommendations for business strategy optimization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and innovation in partnership management.
- Basic knowledge of market activities and event organization, with experience in digital marketing or business development preferred.
