Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our team in Türkiye. This role involves assisting in the formulation and implementation of operational strategies, ensuring team performance meets expectations, and maintaining smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating and implementing the company's operation strategy and objectives in Türkiye, and ensure that the team achieves the expected performance.
- Responsible for supervising and executing daily operational processes to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Collect, analyze, and report relevant data for performance evaluation and development of improvement plans.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration among internal departments to ensure smooth and timely feedback of information.
- Assist in resolving issues and conflicts during the operation process to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
- Cooperate with leaders to complete other temporary assigned work tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to facilitate interdepartmental collaboration.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to handle operational challenges.
- Fluency in English and Turkish is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
