Job Description
Bitget is seeking an experienced OTC Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our over-the-counter trading operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless trade execution and maintaining operational efficiency across our OTC trading platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth execution of OTC trades from address screening to fund settlement
- Assist with financial reconciliation, book keeping, and financial analysis
- Manage inventory and re-balance with liquidity providers
- Draft and polish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) based on continuously optimized workflow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage day-to-day operations
Additional Responsibilities
The OTC Operations Manager will also be expected to monitor market trends, identify operational risks, and implement process improvements to enhance trading efficiency. The role requires close coordination with compliance, finance, and trading teams to maintain operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in OTC trading operations or similar financial operations role
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
