岗位名称：Payment Operation-支付运营
Payment Operations oversees the daily, end-to-end processing of blockchain transactions, bridging fiat and crypto systems. They ensure secure, efficient, and compliant settlements, manage wallet operations, and reconcile on-chain activities. The role often focuses on automating workflows, mitigating risk, and enhancing payment user journeys.
Key Responsibilities
1. Transaction Monitoring: Overseeing crypto payments, fiat conversion, and on-chain settlements to ensure accuracy and resolve failures.
2. Risk & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to AML/KYC standards, monitoring high-risk wallets, and supporting audits.
3. Operational Optimization: Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), automating reconciliation, and enhancing system efficiency.
4. Liquidity & Wallet Management: Monitoring liquidity levels and managing high-stakes transactions.
5. Vendor Liaison: Coordinating with banking partners, crypto payment providers, and KYC vendors.
Payment Operations 负责区块链交易及支付流程的日常端到端运营，连接法币与加密货币体系，确保资金结算流程的安全性、准确性与合规性。该岗位需要管理钱包运营、链上交易对账及支付流程优化，同时持续提升自动化能力、降低运营风险，并优化整体支付用户体验。
岗位职责（Key Responsibilities）
1. 交易监控（Transaction Monitoring）：负责监控加密货币支付、法币兑换及链上结算流程，确保交易准确执行，并及时排查及处理异常或失败交易。
2. 风控与合规（Risk & Compliance）：确保业务流程符合 AML/KYC 等合规要求，监控高风险钱包及异常交易行为，并配合内部审计及合规调查工作。
3. 运营流程优化（Operational Optimization）：制定并优化 Standard Operating Procedures（SOP），推动对账自动化与流程标准化，持续提升运营效率与系统稳定性。
4. 流动性与钱包管理（Liquidity & Wallet Management）：监控资金流动性情况，管理热钱包/冷钱包运作，并处理高金额、高优先级交易
5. 供应商及合作方对接（Vendor Liaison）：与银行合作伙伴、加密支付服务商及 KYC 服务供应商保持日常沟通与协作，确保支付链路稳定运行。
Job Requirements:
Required Skills
1. Crypto Expertise: Knowledge of wallet management, blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan), and crypto payment rails.
2. Fintech Experience: Typically requires 3-5+ years in payment operations within banking or fintech. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is highly preferred.
3. Risk Management: Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (AML, KYC, KYT) and operational risk control.
4. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and API integrations is often preferred.
任职要求：
1. Crypto 行业知识：熟悉钱包管理、区块链浏览器（如 Etherscan）及加密货币支付链路（Crypto Payment Rails），理解链上交易流程与基础运作逻辑。
2. 金融科技行业经验：通常要求 3-5 年以上支付运营相关经验，具备银行、支付机构或 FinTech/Crypto 行业背景者优先。
3. 风险管理能力：深入理解 AML、KYC、KYT 等合规要求，具备较强的运营风险识别与管控能力。
4. 技术能力：熟悉 SQL、数据分析及 API 对接等相关技术能力者优先，能够支持支付运营自动化及数据化分析。
5. 语言：英文能做为工作语言。
