Job Description
This position serves as a guild agent (not a community operator), primarily focused on acquiring and managing anchor resources to enhance live streaming operations. The role is centered around building and maintaining the TikTok guild ecosystem in the Malay region, with a strong emphasis on driving platform revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the ecological construction and management of the TikTok guild system for live streaming products in the Malay region, ensuring sustainable and stable development of guilds and broadcasters.
- Coordinate and manage guild projects, including developing cooperation plans, goal breakdowns, and strategy optimization.
- Monitor and analyze operational data for platform guilds, maintaining regular online and offline communication with guilds to provide long-term business development guidance.
- Stay updated on competitors' latest strategies and market trends, proposing effective countermeasures to maintain a competitive edge.
Core Objectives
The primary goal of this role is to increase platform revenue through strategic guild management and operational excellence. This involves fostering strong relationships with guilds, optimizing performance metrics, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance overall platform growth.
