Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Operate contract products on the blockchain financial derivatives trading platform, including research, business logic organization, and execution of operational plans.
• Manage spot-to-contract related activities, including planning, implementation, and comprehensive analysis of activity effectiveness.
• Oversee spot-to-contract user operations, establish lifecycle management for contract users, and improve user activity and retention.
• Monitor and analyze daily project data, optimize operational strategies, and track execution progress.
• Analyze competitor operations, propose solutions, and implement strategies based on operational needs.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in blockchain financial derivatives trading or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
• Excellent project management and execution capabilities.
• Ability to conduct competitor analysis and propose actionable solutions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in user lifecycle management and retention strategies.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and financial derivatives.
