• Operate the project's official Twitter account, crafting and scheduling engaging content to grow the audience.
• Develop and execute content strategies for effective communication with collaborative project teams.
• Provide innovative solutions for community engagement and social media challenges.
• Monitor and respond to community feedback, fostering positive interactions and addressing concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to align community initiatives with project goals.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, preferably in the tech or gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of Discord and Twitter platforms, including best practices for engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Experience in managing social media accounts and growing online communities.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Passion for blockchain, gaming, or related industries is a plus.
