Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation of influencers on the Korean blockchain exchange, participating in goal setting, splitting, and strategy development.
• Utilize product, operation, marketing, and other related means to achieve growth goals, mining influencer demands, matching resources, and being responsible for influencer growth, retention, and conversion results.
• Closely linked with the BD department, adept at communicating and exploring growth needs, promoting the implementation and landing of growth strategies.
• Identify opportunities to support business expansion and drive measurable results.
• Through data analysis, develop operational plans to generate user fission growth, which can be replicated.
• Regularly conduct BD and expert research feedback to solve business bottlenecks and improve growth efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in channel operations, influencer management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the Korean market.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights to drive growth strategies.
• Creative problem-solving skills to identify and overcome business bottlenecks.
• Fluency in Korean and English is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
