Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Agency Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving user growth and transaction conversion on our platform's referral and affiliate channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance our platform's performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans and strategies for user growth and transaction conversion on referral channels and platform affiliate channels.
- Analyze user data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Promote and optimize platform invitation-related product design and functionality to enhance user engagement.
- Plan, implement, and monitor new customer acquisition and transaction conversion activities to increase platform users and transaction volume.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including spot goods, contracts, products, and technical teams from different countries, to optimize products and services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in user growth strategies and transaction conversion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user data and behavior.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in affiliate marketing or referral programs is a plus.
