Job Description
This role focuses on managing channel projects, conducting initial screenings, and evaluating potential listings for the exchange. The candidate will work closely with public chain BD teams, ecosystem funds, and accelerators to source high-quality projects. Key responsibilities include establishing project intake standards, performing due diligence from a listing perspective, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Project Intake & Initial Screening: Interface with public chain BD teams, ecosystem funds, and accelerators to receive project referrals. Establish standardized criteria for project evaluation (whitepaper, tokenomics, data metrics) and filter out low-quality submissions.
- Listing-Oriented Project Evaluation: Assess project viability from an exchange listing perspective, including:
- Market sector potential and competitive landscape
- Team background and funding history
- Product development stage and key metrics
- Community size and engagement levels
- Token model design and circulation structure
- Internal Coordination & Conversion: Work with listing teams to advance projects through review processes. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and growth teams to develop pre/post-listing support strategies. Track critical milestones including due diligence, voting, scheduling, and launch preparations.
- Channel Collaboration & Feedback: Maintain regular communication with public chain R&D teams, project founders, and developers. Establish efficient push mechanisms and provide transparent feedback on evaluation results and listing progress. Identify key ecosystem partnerships for deeper collaboration.
- Data Analysis & Strategy Optimization: Monitor listing conversion rates and post-listing performance metrics (trading volume, user growth). Continuously refine project screening and evaluation frameworks based on data insights.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in crypto exchanges, public chain ecosystems, investment research, or business development
- Prior experience with listing processes or project evaluation preferred
- Deep understanding of Web3 sectors (DeFi, GameFi, Infrastructure, etc.)
- Strong project assessment capabilities and internal stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate complex negotiations and drive results in multi-party environments
