Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Manager Assistant to support our product development team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize web3 investment products that meet user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for product design based on business situations and able to write high-quality requirement documents.
- Study and research the needs of web3 investment users, and design efficient and stable product services.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of product functionality, including requirement analysis, prototype design, functional testing, deployment, effect recovery, and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with technology, UE, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of product development plans.
- Analyze product-related data, including usage, user behavior, and market feedback, to determine optimization and innovation of product features to adapt to rapidly changing market environments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in web3 or fintech.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to write clear and concise product requirement documents.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
