Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth competitor research and comprehensive analysis of similar products in the market, including functional features, user experience, and market share, to provide valuable references for product optimization and innovation.
• Organize and optimize the company's product chain, streamline existing business processes, identify and resolve issues, and improve product efficiency and quality.
• Write detailed, clear, and accurate product requirement documents, business process documents, and related operational instructions to ensure team members understand product design and planning.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (including development, design, testing, and marketing) to ensure smooth implementation and execution of product optimization solutions.
• Continuously monitor user needs and market trends, collect feedback, and provide insights for product iteration and upgrades.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in English for listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams or clients and handle English work documents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis.
• Excellent documentation skills, with experience in writing detailed product requirement documents and business process guides.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and innovations.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving product-related issues.
