Job Description
We are looking for a talented designer to join our team. You will collaborate closely with the product team to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. Your work will involve designing flows, stress testing them, and documenting the process in Notion. Additionally, you will create engaging graphic design materials for marketing purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Interfaces: Collaborate with the product team to design and iterate on user flows, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Documentation: Detail design processes in Notion and create Loom recordings to aid understanding and implementation.
- UI Kits/Design Systems: Utilize existing UI kits and design systems, with a strong emphasis on auto-layouts for consistency.
- Graphic Design: Work with the marketing team to create static and motion graphics for news, feature announcements, blog posts, and events.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in interface design, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Strong proficiency in using UI kits and design systems, with a focus on auto-layouts.
- Ability to document design processes clearly in Notion and create instructional videos using Loom.
- Experience in graphic design, including creating static and motion collateral (a big plus).
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with product and marketing teams.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and functional designs.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with motion graphics and animation tools.
- Familiarity with marketing collateral creation for blogs and events.
