You will also coordinate cross-functional implementation efforts, ensuring seamless integration of design solutions with development workflows. A critical responsibility involves building a deep understanding of the diverse Tableland community, including builders, developers, partners, investors, and end-users, to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. You will work across teams to research and define both long-term design strategies and short-term tactical initiatives that drive user engagement and product innovation. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing early product concepts, conducting rapid prototyping, and testing these ideas within the team and the broader community to validate feasibility and gather feedback. The role also emphasizes experimentation and optimization of user journeys, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance usability and conversion rates.

  • Develop and refine design systems, style guides, and user interface frameworks to maintain consistency across all Tableland products.
  • Facilitate user testing sessions, gather feedback, and iterate on design concepts to improve usability and user satisfaction.
  • Design and execute A/B tests, usability studies, and other experiments to validate design hypotheses and optimize user interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to create user-centric experiences that drive engagement and business outcomes.
  • Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and user behavior patterns to ensure Tableland remains competitive and innovative.
  • Document design processes, user journey maps, and key deliverables to support team knowledge sharing and project transparency.

  • Passion for building products that solve real-world problems and deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address design challenges and optimize user interactions for maximum impact.
